Coin pages is a searchable catalog of tracked crypto coins. Each coin opens a guide with a short description, risk readings and links to deeper tools. It is a guide library, not a live price screener, and nothing in it is a forecast, a signal or advice.

Schematic — how the page works, not your numbers

01What are Coin pages?

Coin pages is the front door to our coin guides. You search for a coin by name or ticker, or you pick one from the top of the list, and you open its guide. The list covers the assets we track, ordered by market cap rank.

A guide is a starting point for one coin. It has a short description of the project, its category, the latest risk readings and links to the tools that go deeper, such as a coin-specific DCA calculator and a risk analysis page.

It helps to know what this page is not. It is not a price screener and it does not show live prices. It is a catalog of frameworks you can use to think about a coin, and the public version of the page says so itself.

02How do you use the list?

Start with the search box. It matches on the coin name, the ticker and the category, so typing "layer 2" finds coins in that category as well as coins with those letters in the name. While you search, the page shows how many coins match out of the total.

Without a search, you see the 12 largest coins by market cap. Category chips under the search box (the eight biggest categories) filter the list to one category. Browse all categories shows the full catalog, grouped by category.

Each card shows the coin name, ticker, market cap rank, a two-line description and a label for how complete the guide is. A card tagged Full guide has hand-written content. A card tagged Guide template has the shared category text for now. Open guide takes you to the coin.

03Where does the score on a card come from?

The number on the top coins is the saved Altcoin Rules composite for that coin, on a scale from 0 to 100. Altcoin Rules combines several weighted market indicators into one reading. You can read how it works on the Altcoin Rules page. A higher number means a higher risk reading, not a higher chance of a price rise.

The label next to the score maps the number to five bands: Very Low Risk below 20, Low Risk from 20, Neutral from 40, High Risk from 60 and Very High Risk from 80. The score is only shown on the 12 top coins on this page, and only when the saved calculation is less than 8 hours old. If it is older, the card says Outdated, and if no score exists the card says No score yet, rather than showing an out-of-date number.

The saved calculation is refreshed by a scheduled job every 4 hours. Because the card shows a saved value, it can differ from what the interactive tool shows when you open it, since the tool uses fresh inputs and your own settings. On a coin's own page you also see a second reading, Risk Wave, which measures price against its long-term trend and is one input to the composite. Different numbers are expected, and neither is a probability of loss.

04Where does the coin list come from?

The list is read from our own coin catalog, not fetched live. Only coins marked active appear, ordered by market cap rank. The catalog carries each coin's name, ticker, category, description, market cap rank and CoinGecko ID.

The page shows when the catalog was last updated. If that was more than 14 days ago, an amber note says so and reminds you this is a guide catalog, not a live screener. It also tells you how many listed assets are inactive and hidden. When a coin drops out of the active list, its guide can stay reachable, but the current market readings are hidden on purpose.

If the catalog cannot be loaded at all, the page tells you that instead of showing an empty list. An empty list in that case does not mean there are no coins.

05What is on a coin's guide?

Opening a card takes you to that coin's guide. It shows the description, a risk overview with the Altcoin Rules and Risk Wave readings (each with its own date), a table of key metrics, and cards that lead on to the tools. These include a live signal page, a risk analysis, a coin-specific DCA calculator and, for a few coins, a price outlook page.

The Coin Playbooks link at the top of the list opens a library of strategy plans: a DCA plan, a risk management plan, a profit-taking plan, a bear market plan, a long-term thesis and a price outlook. They are frameworks for thinking about entries, sizing and exits, not instructions to buy or sell.

If you want a first look at how a DCA plan behaves over time, the DCA Simulator lets you try the idea with your own numbers, and the guide on Altcoin Rules in extreme fear shows how the score can be read in a weak market.

06What are the limits?

Keep these in mind before you act on anything you read in a guide.

Not a live screener

The list does not show live prices, and the catalog is not updated on every visit. The page shows its own last sync date and warns you when it is old.

A saved score

The score on a card is a saved calculation that can be up to 8 hours old. It can differ from the interactive tool, and it is only shown for the 12 top coins.

Uneven guides

Some guides are hand-written and some use shared text for their category. The Guide template label tells you which is which, so do not treat a template as a deep analysis.

Not a signal

A risk reading describes the current setup. It is not a forecast, a buy or sell signal or financial advice. Crypto can lose most of its value, so only use money you can afford to lose.

07An example of use

A made-up example. You hold a mid-sized coin and want to understand how risky it looks. You type its name into the search box and open the guide. You see the Altcoin Rules reading, a label such as Neutral, and the date it was calculated. You notice the date is from this morning, so the reading is current.

You then open the coin-specific DCA calculator to see how regular buys would have behaved over its history, and the Coin Playbooks to read the risk management plan. The page gave you a structure for your own thinking. It did not tell you whether to buy or sell.

08What is free and what is Premium?

This explainer is free to read for everyone. The Coin pages list and the coin guides are open to everyone as well. In the app, members see the same catalog inside the logged-in layout, and the public version is the same list with extra intro text. We found no feature on this page that is gated by plan.

Some of the tools a guide links to have their own Free and Premium limits. Those limits are described on each tool's page and on pricing, and they can change, so check there for what is included today.

09Frequently asked questions

What are Coin pages?

A searchable catalog of the crypto coins we track. Each coin opens a guide with a description, risk readings and links to deeper tools. It is a guide library, not a live price screener.

What does the score on a coin card mean?

It is the saved Altcoin Rules composite for that coin, from 0 to 100, where a higher number is a higher risk reading. It is only shown on the 12 top coins and only when the calculation is less than 8 hours old.

Why does a coin have no score?

Scores only appear for the 12 largest coins, and only when a fresh saved reading exists. If the reading is older than 8 hours the card says Outdated, and if there is none it says No score yet, instead of showing an out-of-date number.

How often is the coin list updated?

The list comes from our own catalog, and the page shows the date it was last updated. If that date is more than 14 days old, the page warns you. The risk scores are refreshed separately every 4 hours.

Is Coin pages free?

Yes. The list and the coin guides are open to everyone and we found no part of this page that needs Premium. Some tools linked from a guide have their own limits, which are listed on the pricing page.

Can I use Coin pages to decide what to buy?

No. The guides and risk readings describe a setup and give you a framework to think with. They are not a forecast, a signal or advice, and you stay responsible for your own decisions.
