Ledger rules
- • Every decision is recorded before the outcome is known — dated, numbered, and tied to that day's framework score.
- • Rows are never edited after resolution. Corrections get a new row that references the old one.
- • "No change" is a decision too, and gets logged like any other.
- • Once a month, every resolved call is graded on camera against a pre-locked rubric.
