DCA Simulator — Real Answer Up Front
The DCA Simulator now opens with a real backtest of $100 a week into Bitcoin since 2020, and the scenario pages always run up to today.

The DCA Simulator now shows you an answer before you touch anything.
What changed:
- At the top: $100 every week into Bitcoin since January 1, 2020, backtested on real prices, with the date it was valued on. The calculator below opens on that same plan, so you can change the coin, amount or dates from there.
- The ready-made scenarios now always run up to today and show an "As of" date, instead of an older cached result.
- The example in the DCA guide was wrong. It is recalculated on real prices now.
- If price data cannot be loaded, the number is left out. You never see a made-up figure.
It is a backtest on past prices, not a forecast. Try it at /dca-simulator.
