Bug Fix
Your Emails Actually Arrive Now
Every automated email is now stored before it goes out and retried automatically, so a provider hiccup no longer means a mail you never receive.
Jul 29, 2026
Alpha Factory updates can mention product signals, indicators, or portfolio workflows. They are educational product context, not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
If a price alert never landed, or a welcome mail never showed up, that was real. It's fixed.
The problem: when our email provider failed on a send, the platform marked the mail as sent anyway. It was gone — no retry, no record, no way to tell.
What changed:
- Every automated email is now written down in full — the exact message, the exact recipient — before it goes out
- If a send fails, it retries automatically every hour until it lands
- Price alerts, your daily digest, giveaway winner notifications, onboarding mails and payment confirmations all run on this now
- Retries never double up: the same mail goes out once, never twice
- The weekly recap, the Monday teaser and the Daily Bell get a second run, so one bad minute no longer costs you the whole email
You don't have to do anything. If you want to change which emails you get, head to Profile → Notifications.
