Fixes: iPhone Top Bar And Help Navigation
On iPhone the top bar no longer hides under the status bar, and the Help Center has a clear way back to your dashboard.

Two small fixes:
- iPhone — in portrait mode the top bar and the mobile menu sat under the iPhone status bar, which made the buttons hard to tap. They now start below it, across the whole platform.
- Help Center — when you open Help from the app (the question-mark icon in the top bar), there's now a bar at the top with a way back to your dashboard, and every article has a Help Center link at the top, so you don't have to scroll down to go back.
