Fixes — Signal Feed, Portfolio, Alerts & Ask Menno

A batch of things that were quietly broken:

• Signal Feed skipped rows when you loaded more with a filter active — you were missing signals without knowing it.
• The Signal Feed preview showed the oldest signal instead of the newest one.
• Portfolio tabs could hang on a loading skeleton forever when the database was slow. They now show an error with a retry that genuinely retries.
• Extreme Fear alerts never fired at the start of a session. They do now.
• Ask Menno threw away what you had typed if the answer failed mid-stream. Your text stays put.
• The re-entry banner linked to a section that does not exist.
• The Alpha Feed on the dashboard loaded 24 items, showed 3 and binned the rest. It now shows 12 with a "View all" link per tab.
• The portfolio benchmark block was sitting behind a hidden flag and could never be reached. It is visible again.
• "Rotate into" was buried inside the sell dialog. It is now a button in the row actions.

Also tidied: Ask Menno answer cards use the right persona colours again, the confidence footer opens when certainty is high, and the correlation chip explains itself in plain language with the sample size on screen.
