Pause Confirmation Shows Your Real Dates
Pause your subscription and you now get an email with the exact number of days and the date billing restarts.

Alpha Factory updates can mention product signals, indicators, or portfolio workflows. They are educational product context, not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
If you paused your subscription, the confirmation always said two months — whether you picked 30, 60 or 90 days. Wrong for two out of three of you. It also went out as a Discord DM, which is easy to miss.
Now you get an email the moment the pause goes through, and it says what you actually chose: how many days billing is paused, and the exact date it resumes. It restarts on its own — nothing for you to do.
You can pause or manage your subscription from your profile.
