The Vesting Tracker is a notebook for tokens that unlock over time, such as presale allocations and node rewards. You enter the schedule once, and the page works out how many tokens have unlocked, how many you have claimed, and what the unclaimed part is worth at the latest price. It is built on your own entries, not a forecast or advice, and free members can track a limited number of vestings with live prices, while history and settings are Premium.

Schematic — how the page works, illustrative shapes, not your numbers

01What is the Vesting Tracker?

Many tokens do not arrive in your wallet all at once. A presale, a launchpad allocation or a node can release them gradually, which is called vesting. Each release is a token unlock, and the plan behind it is the vesting schedule. Keeping track of several of these by hand gets messy fast.

The Vesting Tracker is where you keep them in one place. For each vesting you pick a coin and a type (presale or node), enter how many tokens unlock per day, week or month, and say when it started. Node vestings are always linear; the daily, weekly and monthly options are for presales. The page then shows what has unlocked, what you have already claimed and what is still waiting. It does not touch your wallet and it does not claim anything for you. You record your own claims and sales by hand.

02How do you read the page?

The top of the page is a summary across all your vestings. Below it is a timeline (shown on wider screens) and then one card per vesting. History and Settings are separate pages reachable from the buttons in the top corner.

The summary and the cards are built from the same numbers, so they should always agree with each other.

How do you read the page?
Part of the pageWhat it shows
Total Unclaimed ValueUnlocked but not yet claimed tokens, times the latest price, with a daily, monthly and yearly figure for linear vestings
Total Claimed plus one more tileTotal Claimed from the claims you logged. The next tile shows Total Sold once you log a sale, otherwise Total Invested if you entered one, otherwise a coin and vesting count
TimelineEach vesting as a bar from its start to its end, with a marker for today
Vesting cardsPer vesting: tokens per day, unlocked, claimed, next unlock, price, and profit or loss against what you invested
History (Premium)Your logged claims and sales as tables

03How is it calculated?

Unlocked tokens are the tokens released since the start date, capped at the total if you gave one. If you add a vesting without a start date, you can enter an amount that was already unlocked, and the page counts on from the day you added it. A linear vesting adds a little every moment. Daily, weekly and monthly vestings move in steps, so the number only jumps when a full period has passed. Leave the total empty for something open-ended, such as a node that keeps paying out.

Unclaimed tokens are the unlocked tokens minus the claims you logged. Unclaimed value is that number times the latest price. The daily, monthly and yearly figures multiply the per-second release of your linear vestings by the price, using 30 days for a month and 365 for a year. Stepped vestings add nothing to those three figures, and only linear vestings count up second by second on screen; the stepped ones are flat between unlocks. If you entered what you invested, the card also shows profit or loss against your cost, and a break-even chart. For the cost side of the idea, see cost basis.

04Where do the numbers come from?

There are two sources. The schedules, claims and sales are your own entries, saved to your account. Prices, 24-hour changes, the small 7-day charts and the break-even history come from CoinGecko, a third-party price provider, through our own server.

Prices are refreshed every 60 seconds by default while the tab is open and visible, and our server keeps each answer for about a minute. You can change the interval on the Settings page (Premium), but not below 10 seconds. Claim reminders and price alerts are stored in your browser, not on our servers, and only fire while the page is open.

05What are the limits?

Read the numbers with these in mind.

You enter the schedule

The page does not read your wallet or the project. If the start date, rate or total is wrong or the project changes its terms, every figure is wrong with it.

Unlocked is not the same as claimable

A project can have a cliff, a claim window or its own rules. The tracker only counts the schedule you typed in.

Prices come from a third party

A price can be delayed, missing or rate limited, and a new or illiquid token may have no price at all. Value is not what you would get from a sale.

Alerts need the page open

Reminders and price alerts live in your browser and fire while the tab is open. They are not a push service and do not run in the background.

Not advice

Nothing here says when to claim or sell. The tracker shows what your own inputs add up to.

06An example of use

A made-up example. A member joined a presale and was told that 1,200 tokens unlock per month for 12 months. They add one vesting with a monthly schedule, the start date and a total of 14,400 tokens, and enter what they paid.

Three months in, the page shows 3,600 tokens unlocked. They log one claim of 2,400 tokens, so 1,200 are still unclaimed, and the card shows that amount at the latest price next to the cost they entered. The claim form has a box, ticked by default, that adds the claim to their Portfolio as a transfer in; they can untick it. The numbers are only for illustration.

07What is free and what is Premium?

Free members can add vestings up to a limit set by the team. The default is 5, and a banner on the page shows how many slots are left. You can log claims and sales and use the timeline. Premium removes the limit.

Live prices and the small 7-day charts work on a free account. The break-even history and the presale database search are Premium; without the history, the break-even chart uses the latest price. The History and Settings pages, which include backup and CSV import and export, are Premium as well. Claim reminders and the portfolio box are not locked in the current version, These rules can change, so see the pricing page for what is included today.

08Frequently asked questions

Is the Vesting Tracker free?

You can start for free with a limited number of vestings, which is 5 by default and set by the team. Live prices are included. Premium removes that limit and adds the History page, the Settings page, the break-even history and the presale database search. The pricing page lists what is included today.

Does it connect to my wallet or claim tokens for me?

No. It never touches your wallet. You enter the schedule yourself and record your own claims and sales by hand. Nothing is claimed or sold from the page.

How does it know how many tokens have unlocked?

It adds up the tokens released since your start date at the rate you entered. If you gave a total, it stops there. Linear schedules grow continuously, while daily, weekly and monthly ones move in steps.

Where do the prices come from?

From CoinGecko, a third-party price provider, through our server. They refresh about once a minute by default while the page is open, and a price can be delayed or missing for a new or small token.

Will it warn me when tokens unlock?

You can set price alerts and claim reminders and allow browser notifications. They are stored in your browser and only fire while the page is open, so do not rely on them as your only reminder.

Is the Vesting Tracker financial advice?

No. It is a tracking tool that adds up what you entered. It does not say when to claim or sell, and it does not forecast prices.
