My Overview is a members' page where you pick a goal for the coins you already hold, such as doubling their value, and then see how far along you are. It takes your starting value from your Portfolio, tracks your growth since that day, and shows how your sell targets and the Altcoin Rules risk labels line up with your goal. It only does the maths on what you enter. It does not choose coins, targets or goals for you, and it never sells anything.

Add coins, choose a goal, set sell targets
2x, 5x, 10x or a dollar value you type
your goal starts from what you hold when you save it
Altcoin Rules, Very Low to Very High, refreshed every 4 hours
1 · Add coins
Your Portfolio coins are the starting value
2 · Choose goal
Pick a tile; it starts from what you hold when you save
3 · Set exit plans
Sell targets come from the Exit Planner
Your goal track
- 1 · Started: value on the day you save, fixed
- 2 · Today: where your coins are now
- 3 · Goal: 2x, 5x, 10x or your own value
- 4 · Every target hit: can sit short of or beyond the goal
Adding money moves the goal, not the start
Before: $8,000 start, $16,000 goal
After adding $1,000: start stays $8,000, goal becomes $17,000
+$1,000 means Goal +$1,000. The deposit is not counted as growth; taking money out lowers the goal the same way.

01What is My Overview?
My Overview is the page where your coins, one goal and your sell targets come together. It builds on the holdings you keep in your Portfolio: you do not enter anything twice. On the page you choose how far you want your coins to grow, and the page keeps score from that day on.
It is a planning and tracking aid. It does the arithmetic on your own coins and the targets you set. It does not pick coins, targets or goals for you, it does not connect to an exchange, and it never sells anything. The section about sell targets builds on the Exit Planner, and the coins come from the Portfolio page.
02What are the three steps?
A step bar guides you until all three are done, and it disappears afterwards. Each step is worked out from your data, so nothing is stored separately for it.
The first time you open the page without a goal, an example with sample numbers is shown so you can see how it works. It is labelled as an example, uses made-up coins and prices, and is never saved.
| Step | What it means |
|---|---|
| 1. Coins | You hold at least one coin in your Portfolio that is part of your goal |
| 2. Goal | You have saved a goal (and still hold coins) |
| 3. Sell targets | At least one coin has a pending sell target |
03How do you set a goal?
You pick one of four tiles: double it (2x), five times (5x), ten times (10x), or your own dollar value. Each tile shows the value it would mean for you, based on what you hold right now. The goal always starts from today: when you save it, the page records your total value at that moment, and coins you add later do not move the goal. So add all your coins first.
You can change the goal at any time with the Change button. Saving a new goal starts it again from what you hold at that moment. If you remove every coin from your Portfolio, the old goal is archived and you start again at step 1.
Coins can be marked as outside the strategy in your Portfolio. They are left out of the goal, and the page tells you what was left out. If a coin has no live price, the page asks you to wait or to start without it, because an unpriced coin would make your goal start too low. Stablecoins count at one dollar. If you chose a multiple and hold stablecoins, the page also shows how much your other coins would need to grow for the whole to reach that multiple.
04What does the page show once you have a goal?
The top card says how far along you are, for example 'You are 12% of the way to your 2x goal'. It also shows a track with three markers (where you started, where you are today, and what every sell target would add up to) and four tiles: Started, Today, Goal and Every target hit.
Below that you find three more blocks. 'Since you set your goal' shows the price change of each coin since the day the goal started, with the coins that helped and hurt the most. 'Your sell targets' shows which coin is closest to its next target and which is furthest, and which coins have none yet. 'Your coins' lists every coin in the goal with its value, share, change since the goal, risk label and number of sell targets. A single 'next step' suggestion points to the largest coin that still has no sell target.
05How are progress and the goal calculated?
Your goal is a fixed destination. A 2x goal means twice the value you started with, and a dollar goal is the number you typed. Progress counts only growth since the start. It is 0% on the day you save the goal and 100% when you reach it.
Money you add or take out after the start is not counted as growth. If you add money, the value your portfolio needs to reach goes up by that amount. If you take money out, it goes down. A swap between a coin and a stablecoin, marked as staying inside the strategy, changes nothing. The 'Every target hit' tile adds up what your own sell targets would bring in, with the part of a coin you keep, and coins without targets, counted at today's price, and divides it by what the goal needs. These are the same numbers the Exit Planner uses. The page has a 'How is this calculated?' note with the same explanation.
Coin prices are fetched from outside data providers. A coin without a price is counted as zero and named on the page.
06What is the risk check?
The risk check uses the Altcoin Rules label of each coin: Very Low, Low, Neutral, High or Very High. A bar shows how your coins spread across those labels, and the page names the coins that sit on High or Very High. Coins without a recent score are listed as 'No score'.
The label is the same for every member and does not depend on your goal. A label older than a day is not shown. It is a reading of the market by that model, not a prediction and not a reason to buy or sell.
07What are the limits?
Read the numbers with these in mind.
It is only as good as your Portfolio
Missing or wrong holdings and transactions give a wrong starting value and wrong progress.
A goal is not a forecast
The goal is a number you chose. The page does not say it is likely, realistic or a good idea, and a high goal is not a promise.
Prices can be missing or delayed
Prices come from third-party providers. Price moves since the start come from daily closes, so on the day you set your goal they show from the next day.
Not advice
Nothing on the page tells you what to buy, hold or sell, or which goal to choose. It shows facts about your own coins.
08An example of use
A made-up example. An investor holds three coins and some stablecoins worth $8,000 and chooses the 2x tile, so the destination is $16,000. A few weeks later the coins have grown and the page says the investor is about a quarter of the way there. It also shows that one coin has no sell target and that two coins sit on High risk in the Altcoin Rules check.
That tells the investor where the plan has gaps, not what to do about them. If they add $1,000 of their own money, the page raises what the goal needs to $17,000 instead of counting the deposit as progress. To read more about the idea of spreading risk, see the glossary entry on portfolio concentration and the one on cost basis.
09What is free and what is Premium?
My Overview itself has no Premium lock in the code: it is open to members while the team's My Alpha menu switch is on, and that switch is on today. The page and the goal need no paid plan.
The sell targets you link to the page are made in the Exit Planner, which has its own team switch (also on today). There a free member can have targets on up to 5 coins at the same time, and Premium has no coin limit. That limit is a setting the team can change, so the number can differ later. See the pricing page for what Premium includes.
10Frequently asked questions
What is My Overview in Alpha Factory?
It is a members' page where you choose a goal for the coins you hold, such as 2x, 5x, 10x or a dollar value, and see your progress, your sell targets and an Altcoin Rules risk check in one place.
Where does my starting value come from?
From your Portfolio. When you save a goal, the page records the total value of the coins in your goal at that moment. Coins you add later do not move the goal. If you add or take out money, the amount the goal needs changes by the same amount.
Does My Overview tell me what to buy or sell?
No. It does the maths on the goal and the sell targets you choose. It does not pick coins, goals or targets for you, and it never sells anything. It is not financial advice.
Is My Overview free?
The page and the goal have no Premium lock in the code. The sell targets are set in the Exit Planner, where free members can plan up to 5 coins at a time and Premium has no coin limit. The pricing page lists what is included today.
Why does it say no price for one of my coins?
Some small coins have no live price from our data providers. The page counts such a coin as zero and names it, and it will not save a goal until you wait for a price or choose to start without that coin.
